When working with clients, it is essential that we hone our ability to see, how to observe the body as it moves and how it rests in stillness. What do the postures and tissues tell us? Then, how do we interpret these observations to most effectively apply our skills to serve the person in front of us with our wide array of exercise choices? Specialists Debbie Parsons and Alec Helner have spent decades investigating movement and bodywork and bring this knowledge to the next generation of teachers.
